Orders, including individual Subscription orders, may be canceled for a 100% refund, subject to a 15% Cancellation Fee. Orders that have already entered the packing and shipping process will not be eligible for cancellation prior to shipping.
If you received a product that was defective or damaged and would like to receive a replacement, you must contact Tranont within 48 hours of receiving the product by calling 800-973-3715, or emailing us at: success@tranont.com so that we can provide you with further instructions. Approved product exchange (or return when there is no suitable replacement, as determined by Tranont in its sole discretion) will be at the value of the product at the time of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with a Tranont product for any reason, you may return that product subject to the following terms and conditions: The product must be returned in its original package and shipping container to Tranont within 30 calendar days after the products were delivered for a 100% refund (less shipping and handling costs and a 15% Cancellation Fee). Final Sale, Seasonal, or Special Promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged
Return Process: Customers who choose to return the product to Tranont should contact Customer Service at success@tranont.com to request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") and obtain further instructions. The shipment must be marked with the RMA, contain an explanation for the return, and the original purchase order number. If you should require assistance, please contact the Tranont Customer Success Team or your Tranont Associate.
Tranont monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
